QUESTIONS
What people ask most often before they book.
Do I need a credit card?
Not necessarily. You can pay by credit card or in cash.
Do you take a deposit?
No. We take no deposit and block no amount on your card. You pay for the rental and nothing else.
What if a scratch turns up after I return it?
That is exactly why we photograph it together. At handover we walk around the car with you, photograph it, and both sign the same document. On return we compare against those same photographs.
What if my flight is late?
Send us the new time as soon as you know it. The car arrives when you land.
Can I take the car out of Lithuania?
Yes. You may drive anywhere in the European Union. Send us the route when you book so everything is ready in advance.
Can I take the ferry to Neringa?
The road to Nida across the Smiltynė ferry is one of the finest drives in Lithuania. Tell us you are planning it and we arrange everything in advance.
What do you require from the driver?
The driver must be 18 or older. Bring a driving licence and an identity document.
